well here i am playing after pts. work does mostly suck, we just started on an EMR a few months ago and the typing skills are still bad!!. I see quite a few SIU-SOM grads here in pia, and work w/ 3 other med-peds guys from there. The Randy Kiensstra stories are still great! I need to figure how to post the dig photos and will work on pic's of the family. Evan is 19 and a soph at Luther college in Iowa in environment. No interest in medicine, such a smat lad! Ellie is a Jr. in high school and busy w/ accelerated classes, cheering and texting! She wants to be a nurse/practitioner so if you know of any streamlined programs in that let me know... it's time to look.

will see if can do some fun stuff on here, eventually see each other again i.e. planned med meeting somewhere fun!!??

Blogging

OK, so maybe there is some renewed interest in this blogging thing. We shall see-the last time this was posted to was last year. If you guys want me to invite someone else just let me know. Anyway, here goes nothing. I am going to post some photos, to give you an idea of where Egla and I are now.

Here is a photo of the crib in Chapel Hill. We just had it painted.

Egla and I doing Karaoke at a neighborhood party we hosted at our house.

Danielle (now 20) and Nick (now 17) from last year. Danielle is a junior at Davidson College and is doing her semester abroad this semester, in Peru. Nick is a senior at E. Chapel Hill High School. We think he wants to go to Duke, but who knows. He plays things close to the vest.

And but not least, is Kyle (14), just entering High School this year. Kyle is the bass player with the red afro.
